Arrival at the accommodation: Your host will be in touch with you.

Rules

• Parties are prohibited without prior agreement. A deposit is required, the amount to be agreed upon.
• Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.
• Pets are allowed only with prior agreement.
• Please keep the apartment clean and tidy.
• Please be respectful towards other guests and neighbors.
• Please turn off lights and appliances when leaving the apartment.
• Please use the facilities and furniture carefully and responsibly.
• Please inform us immediately if anything is damaged or needs to be replaced.
• Please follow the house rules and instructions from the landlord.
• Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
• Weekend visitors who book for only one night and are under 30 years old, accept that we may require a 150€ deposit.
• Guests who arrive after 2:00 AM will be charged 25€ per person.
• Please note that violation of these rules may result in a fee or early termination of stay.
