The rental agreement comes into being through the booking request of the tenant and the confirmation of the landlord.
Rental period and arrival and departure times: The rental period begins on the agreed day of arrival at 2:00 p.m. and ends on the agreed day of departure at 11:00 a.m.
Payment and deposit: The rental price is to be paid in advance when booking.
Smoking and pets: Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement. Insurance: The landlord accepts no liability for any damage or loss that occurs during the stay. It is recommended to take out travel and accident insurance.
Cleaning and maintenance: The apartment is clean and tidy when the tenant arrives. The tenant is obliged to leave the holiday home in perfect condition.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing. In case of cancellation there are no fees
Miscellaneous: The tenant undertakes to follow the house rules and instructions of the landlord. If the house rules or these terms and conditions are violated, the landlord can terminate the rental agreement without notice.
